Your mission
For Turkey (remote position), we are seeking a SAP Support Consultant Logistics for existing customers – Modules and Processes.

  • You will work on our IT and SAP projects and provide subsequent customer support
  • You will support and optimize our customers' SAP systems and be responsible for them in the areas of Logistics such as SD, PP, and / or MM
  • You support our customers in maintenance in 2nd level support
  • You adapt SAP Logistic solutions to customer requirements (customizing)
  • You advise our customers if they have questions about the use and configuration of Logistic applications
  • You work with ticket systems (e.g. Jira) and have direct customer contact
  • You recognize potential for improvement and initiate process changes
Your profile
  • You have already worked for several years (ideally at least five years) in SAP consulting or SAP module support with a focus on Logistics, Solid process and module knowledge in the areas of MM, SD, or PP, as well as interfaces
  • You have an in-depth understanding of processes in the Logistic area
  • Ideally, you already have basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud and have some experience in customer service and software support
  • You attach great importance to supporting and advising your customers in the best possible way with your knowledge and experience
  • Handling customer-specific requirements and subsequently implementing them in SAP
  • Optimizing existing processes and workflows in the context of the deployed SAP ERP business standard software
  • Creating specifications for customizing and programming as well as performing the customizing in the module areas SD, PP, and/or MM
  • Ensuring core and cross-functional business processes through tests within the context of system changes and upgrades, as well as performing weakness analyses
  • Supporting the efficient use of deployed SAP modules through training, documentation, and second-level support
